Circular knife is a metal working tool commonly used on slitting machines to shear metal coils into thin strips. It is able to deal with silicone steel, stainless steel, galvanized iron, hot or cold rolled steel, aluminum and copper, among other metals. Blade Customization
SETON slitter knife is mainly made from 6crw2si, SKD-11 (D2), DC53, LD (7CrSiMnMoV), H13, SLD, M2 (HSS), SKH-51, among other carbide alloys. We will recommend the right material best-suited for specific working condition, and choose the heat treatment technique for improved abrasion resistance and service life of the blade according to what material it is going to deal with. We helps users cut their production cost by eliminating the problems caused by an easily-broken knife. Here at SETON, production is done as clients' request.
