The mold assembly for ordinary floor tiles is an alloy liner assembly. The most current market demand specifications are (mm): 300 x 300, 400 x 400, 500 x 500, 600 x 600, and 800 x 800. This mold assembly requires the spreading and sticking of wear resistant ceramics on the frame surface and liners, and offers a service life at a minimum of 3 million uses. After heat treatment to enhance the strength and hardness, as well as reduce deformation after installation, a leather dust cover for added protection is supplied to the machine in order to extend the service life.
