To ensure the continuity and automation of the industrial production process, people have introduced belt conveyor to bond different equipment together. In the crushing industry, Dongmeng belt conveyor is widely used for transporting bulk materials, such as limestone, calcite, dolomite, barite, talc, calcium carbonate, gypsum, bentonite, glass, etc.

Features of Dongmeng belt conveyor
1. Considering that some materials will slip on the belt, herringbone conveyor is particularly provided to enhance the stability of the belt conveyor
2. According to different transmitting requirements, Dongmeng conveyor can be used alone or cooperatively with other conveying equipment to form a horizontal or inclined transmission system
3. It can be used under environment of -20℃~-20℃, and the temperature of the materials it transports should be lower than 50℃

Working principle of the conveyor
Dongmeng belt conveyor incorporates frame, belt, belt roller, tensioning device, and transmission system, etc. The machine body made from high-quality steel is supported by the front and rear support legs to form a frame which is inclined at a certain angle above the horizontal. On the frame, we set several rollers to drive and support the transmission belt. The driving devices are varied in geared motors and electric rollers.

Belt conveyor is designed basing on the friction drive transmission principle. It can be used singly or together with other delivery devices in the transmission system to meet the diversified production requirements.
