Three Motor Vector Control System

The PLC controls the traction motor, rewinding motor and unwinding motor, achieving constant linear speed control of the traction and rewinding, and constant tension control of the unwinding. The PLC automatically calculates rewinding roll diameter and realizes taper control of the rewinding tension. The use of precise differential slip air shaft can achieve ideal slip differential effect, removing problems like uneven slitting material thickness of the upper and lower shafts. Meanwhile, the PLC also automatically calculates unwinding roll diameter and controls unwinding motor torque to realize constant tension control of the unwinding.

Features The unwinding device adopts non-shaft core (air shaft feeding), clipping the material with a thread rod. The looseness and tightness of materials are electrically controlled. Material lifting operation is done hydraulically. Each guide roller has an anti-slip adhesive tape to avoid slipping. The rewinding device adopts precise differential slip air shaft and is equipped with a material-unloading shelf. The edge correction device features high speed static correcting, with movement travel up to 120mm. The automatic high speed slitting machine performs slitting operations using flat cutter and circular cutter. The system has meter counting and roll diameter calculating functions. Protection against shortage of material is also available. The high speed slitting machine is designed and made using advanced mechanical, electrical and pneumatic technologies.
