Reconstituted Rice Machinery

Rice and rice by-products can be used to produce novel foods with additional value by using food extruders. By using reconstituted rice machinery, broken rice and rice bran can also be fully used which saves on your material cost.

Reconstituted rice machinery can finish the following steps. Firstly, mix the powdered rice with water and hydrogenated oil, and then achieve a partly gelatinized mixture. After this, the mixture is processed by the food extruder to achieve rice-grain shaped particles. Finally, after drying the particles at room temperature, the reconstructed rice is achieved.
Some nutrition factors can be added into the production process to obtain enriched rice.
