The steel rod necking machine is used to reduce the partial steel rod diameter by cold pressing technology. The compressed parts will be high density and high strength. With the diameter reducing process in advance, the final diameters of compressed parts after thread rolling can be keep same to the other part of steel rod. Compared to normal cutting lathe, the steel bar necking machine can increase the tensile strength and save the material consumption.
