Biscuits are fed with belt conveyor, vibratory chutes and magazine feeder. PLC and touch screen are employed to realize rapid and precise control.

Function: To sandwich cream between two biscuits.
Capacity: up to 600 sandwich biscuits /min

Applications:
For standard machines:
Round biscuit (diameter: 30-60mm); rectangle biscuit (length: 30-85mm; width: 30-60mm)

For special machines:
Apex sandwiching machine can be designed especially for super large or mini biscuits. Typical mini biscuits range from 25mm to 30mm in diameter. The maximum sandwiching speed will be changed relatively according to the biscuit dimension.
