Description of the Diamond Blade
On the basis of the general purpose diamond cutting blade, the laser-welded fast cutting diamond blade features particular turbo type cutting teeth design, which enables the cutting teeth to be rapidly cooled and the slurry or chip to be perfectly removed. Thereby, cutting speed can be greatly increased. Due to the turbo style cutting teeth, this range of diamond cutting disc is also called turbo diamond blade.

Similar to our other styles of diamond cutting tools, this laser-welded diamond blade is composed of a steel core surrounded by diamond segments. The steel core is made from high strength material and the diamond segments are made form superior diamond crystals and metal powder that are pressed together by means of cold pressing. Afterwards, the cutting teeth are welded on the edge of the steel core by laser, thus ensuring high strength and long service life.
