Note: All the machines can make large cutting width and diameter as per special requirement of the clients, as well as they can be designed with protection cover. In addition, the pneumatic shaft can be selected, and the user needs to provide outer gas resource with barometric pressure at least 7kg/cm².

Controlled by PLC, this JY-A400 large size allows setting 10 groups of sizes in one working cycle for cutting. Also, under the safety program in PLC, the machine will halt automatically or not be started in some dangerous situations, at the same time it will make alarm automatically for wrong operation or potential dangers. Besides, the security closed cover also helps to protect the user and the machine. In addition, our product adopts servo motor for feeding blade and fixing the cutting position. For different roll diameters of materials should be cut in distinguished cutting angles, the blade turns left or right automatically with the linear motion guide to improve the precision and convenience of operation. Apart from automatic blade sharpening system, our product employs cooling system for cooling down and lubricating the blade, so as to get complete, smooth cutting with the tapes not melted.

The adoption of frequency converter for driving motors enables our automatic to perform with stable power output whether at slow or high speed. Due to the continuously variable speed regulation, the motors rotate in reversal direction, which is useful for cutting various tapes. Apart from the common operation panel, this product is equipped with a touch panel, which is used for operation and shows the status of the machine.

In general, this adhesive tape cutter is widely used for cutting varied adhesive tapes, especially the tapes in electricity and automobile industries, which request high precision cutting. It is also suitable for cutting tapes like double sided adhesive tape, masking tape, Kapton tape, aluminum tape, fabric tape, polyester tape, PE film, PVC insulated tape, PET tape, foam tape, 3M series of tapes, and so on.
