YZXQ-1A hot mounting press is an advanced, automatic, hydraulic water-cooled equipment. The sample mounting process is automatically controlled by single chip, coming with one-button operation of heating, pressure loading, holding, cooling, unloading. This requires no operators on duty. Besides, the metallographic compression mounting press features sound and light alarm functions.

The cavity is lengthened to allow the operation of mounting two samples at one time by using the middle block. Unique heat and cold separation design makes the operation safer and more stable. Dual control comes with high resolution touch screen and physical start button. YZXQ-1A mounting press can store operator-created mounting programs, easy to access. Water cooling system is equipped for fast mounting. It takes only 6 minutes to complete a task of mounting two samples at one time, making the sample preparation easier and more labor-saving. This also enables the mounting quality better and more stable.
