Wafer Bar Packaging Machine

This wafer bar packaging machine can automatically package the cut wafer biscuits. It can be equipped with an ethyl alcohol spraying or nitrogen charging device for strictly ensuring safety and edibility the products.

The wafer packaging machine features a settable packaging speed and dual frequency control, thus ensuring one-step rapid and efficient packaging. As a professional manufacturer of snack food machinery with more than 20 years of manufacturing experience, we can offer customers both a large package wafer bar packaging machine and a small package or individual package wafer bar packaging machine.

We offer two kinds of wafer bar packaging solutions, namely semi-automatic solution and automatic solution

1. Semi-automatic Packaging Solution
After being cut into wafer bars, the wafer biscuits will be manually transported to the packing conveyor and then conveyed to the feeder in batches. Finally, they will be fed into the packaging machine.

Configurations: Packing conveyor, wafer feeder, wafer bar packaging machine (with operators)

2. Automatic Packaging Solution
The wafer bars coming out of the cutting machine will be automatically transported to the packing conveyor in batches and rows, then automatically conveyed to the wafer feeder in batches, and finally fed into the packaging machine.
