Dryer Unloading System
The dryer unloading system is installed between the gypsum board dryer and the second cross conveyor. It acts to unload and deliver the dried gypsum boards.
The unloading system is a multi-deck conveying system, and features the same deck number with the dryer.
It is designed with a cushion device to prevent damages to gypsum board ends caused by accidental dropping.
The unloading conveyor system has a firm structure design and precision machined rollers, which allows for smooth and stable delivering of plasterboards.
