eMobotic C Series EM3S
The eMobotic C series EM3S of servo drives supports a variety of real time Ethernet and encoder interfaces with advanced software for debugging. The hardware of the eMobotic servo drive has great heat dissipation. This motion controller is widely used in robots, semiconductors, metal processing, packaging machinery, printing machinery, plastic processing, tire processing, wood processing, glass machinery, logistics and transportation, and many other fields.
Features
1. Supports industrial Ethernet, such as Powerlink, EtherCAT, CANopen, and Profinet.
2. Adaptable encoder interface to easily set up a servo system based on different situations and models. It also can support linear encoders, such as Smart-ABS (TAMAGAWA), Endat2.1/2.2 (HEIDENHAIN); digital analog encoders, such as Resolver, Sin/Cos; analog output from programmable encoders; and incremental encoders with a pulse rate higher than 10Mb/s.
3. Multiple control modes of speed and position for periodic torque, contour torque, and position interpolation control mode.
4. Current control period is less than 50us, current loop bandwidth is greater than 2.5kHz, the speed loop bandwidth is greater than 1.6kHz, the position loop bandwidth is greater than 800Hz.
5. Parameter control, 16 bit current sampling accuracy, adaptive bus voltage fluctuation and anti-electric potential compensation.
6. Adjustable speed range is higher than 1:10000, and the speed accuracy is higher than ±0.1rpm at 1rpm.
7. Supports torque feedforward control.
8. Programmable notch filter and low pass filter are used for oscillation suppression.
9. High multi-axis synchronous precision. The synchronization precision of 6 nodes is higher than ±300ns.
