There are no slots to be found on the German style hose clamp, meaning that the rubber hose around which the clamp is tightened can be properly protected. Also there is less concern for the hose accidentally passing through the slots or being cut by their sharp edges. This type of hose clip offers a choice of widths, either 9mm or 12mm. When the mounting space left for the hose gets seriously tight, this small-size hose clamp can be the ideal fit. Among other hose fasteners, the hose clip is absolutely the best one to go with.

Standards
TJBC German style hose clamp is made of stainless steel, built to DIN3017 standards, and has shown through a salt spray test which lasts 72 hours to be corrosion-resistant.

Material, Mounting Torque
The German style non-perforated screw hose clamp or worm drive hose clamp is made of grade 301, 304, and 316 stainless steel that has been precision stamped so that the screw can be tightened smoothly all while ensuring a uniform pressure distribution over the circumference of the hose. The resulting connection also acts a seal against leak. No thread stripping occurs. Suitable for clamping over a wide range of hose clamps.

These hose clips can be made of different materials, W1, W2, W4, and W5. Other materials might be used upon request.
W1: Steel band, screw housing, screw all made of galvanized steel
W2: Steel band and screw housing are constructed of AISI 430ss/203ss stainless steel. Screw is galvanized steel.
W4: Steel band, screw housing, and screw all built with AISI 301ss/304ss stainless steel.
W5: Steel band, screw housing and screw made of AISI 316ss stainless steel.
