QC11Y Hydraulic Guillotine Shear
The QC11Y hydraulic guillotine shear enjoys a good rigidity and stability because of its entirely steel welded frame which is specially treated to release stress by tempering. Our products adopt advanced hydraulic system which could reduce the pipe joints and makes the operation more steady and reliable. The nitrogen cylinder is used for returning stroke. Meanwhile the rolling guideway is adopted to increase shear precision.

The stroke of knife beam can also be adjusted in stepless mode which makes the operation fast and conveniently, and its back gauge is equipped with a counter which makes an easy and reliable operation. Additionally, the shearing angle could be adjusted to reduce the sheet metal deformation and protection fence ensures the operation safety.
