Flatbed Label Die Cutting Machine (YS-450Z)

YS-450Z flatbed die cutter adopts a flatbed die cutting press and steel rule dies to convert labels into custom shapes and designs. This flatbed die cutting machine features a servo motor driven feeder and HMI to deliver high efficiency and easy operations. All processes are automatically carried out, from material feeding, die cutting, stripping, waste removal to rewinding. A photoelectric sensor is used to detect the position of fed web to ensure the cutting precision and consistency.

Applications Die cutting of labels of different materials: paper, cloth, adhesive laminates, plastic/polymer films, etc. Application industries: electronics, adhesive tapes, packaging, clothing, digital printing, nameplates, etc. Integration with high-speed label printing machine, flexo printing machine, continuous screen-printing machine, gravure printing machine and anti-counterfeiting label press.
