We use CNC eight-axis and twelve-axis winding equipment to produce enameled copper wires, whose diameter is from 0.25mm to 0.45mm. Lines are tight between each other, so change of resistances is very tiny. Besides, soldering by automatic welding machines has the benefits of high efficiency of production and stability of quality. Up to now, it has sold about 5 million pieces.
