This carbon steel doctor blade is suitable for gravure and flexo printing, with gravure printing speed ≤350m/min, flexo printing speed ≤400m/min. The specially polished blade guarantees smooth and excellent sharp doctoring, good performance to resist inks contaminated with particles. This ribbon blade is combined with holder for use. The doctor blade can be changed within 10 seconds, saving 30% cost at least. Compared with wider blade, its flexibility and stiffness are better.
After testing, the printing on the flexible packaging can reach more than 50,000m using this doctor blade.
