Customization
Our company supports customizing of thermal break casement doors according to clients' requirements. Scope of customization includes aluminum materials, glass and hardware accessories of various specifications. A detailed description of supported customization is as below:

1. Aluminum materials
GuangYa provides sound insulating aluminum alloy doors that are equipped with thermal breaks, series of which support client specification.(options available: GYA100 series, AHM150 series, AHM141 series, EUT150 series, etc.)

We support fabricating new dies to form different door contours to cater to customer requirements.

Colors varnished onto aluminum materials can be customized. The varnishing process accepts regular or weather resistant powder, and produces profiles that are enduring, fine and smooth, with full color expressiveness and clear texture.

The aluminum materials are chosen from world-renowned Asian brands such as Jianmei Aluminum and GuangYa Aluminum. Client-specified aluminum materials are as well supported.

2. Glass
Glass can be manufactured with its characteristics designated by the clients, including SHGC value, U-value, visiable light, SC value and others. Heat soaked tempered glass, double sided tempered glass, insulating glass and laminated glass are available.

Our products adopt glass materials from famous brands such as XINYI, SG and SYG. Clients may also specify the material source.

3. Hardware accessories
Our company manufactures a group of hardware accessories, including door closer, handle lock(with bolt) and hinge(made of stainless steel or aluminum).

Doors of different contours and opening methods are manufactured through using different composition of profiles and accessories.

Sealed weatherstrippings made of silica gel or DPEM are deployed between the frame and the door to achieve better sound insulation, heat insulation, water protection and air tightness.

We select materials for hardware accessories from renowned brands in architecture hardware industries, including KIN LONG; we also support client specifying materials.

About Hinged Doors
The hinged doors are doors with hinges installed on the side, and can open both inwardly and outwardly.

The hinged doors can be further categorized into single hinged doors and double hinged doors. The single hinged doors consist of one door plank, while double hinged doors contain two door planks.

The hinged doors can also be classified into one-direction opening and two-direction opening doors. One-direction opening means the door can only open either inswing or outswing; two-direction opening doors can open from both direction.

Reminders
Please remember to close the hinged doors and fix the bolt on windy days to avoid damage of glass from wind blowing.
