All of our raw materials are from trustworthy suppliers: materials for hot coil springs are from Shijiazhuang Iron & Steel Company (Shigang), and Huaigang Special Steel Company; materials for cold coil springs are from Xinyu Iron & Steel Company, and Tianjin Dihua Special Steel Company. We commit that the chemical components, mechanical properties, and dimension of our raw materials will be completely in line with your requirements.

Juneng has introduced 2 spring production lines (with medium-frequency induction heating furnace), which are the most advanced spring lines in China. They have contributed largely to enhance the springs' fatigue strength, mechanical properties and service life.
