Faucets for a Bathroom Company in Canada

In September 2014, a bathroom company in Canada sent us a drawing for customizing thermostatic shower faucet. This client is a chain monopoly of bathroom accessories in Canada, mainly selling different brands of faucets and bathroom products.

Each year, Kong Wa exports a large quantity of faucets to Canada. This company saw our faucets in other stores, knowing Kong Wa is an experienced faucet supplier with over 20 years' experience in China. Through a brief understating of Kong Wa and Kong Wa's products, they sent their drawings to us via e-mail immediately.

HARA thermostatic shower faucet is horizontal type, but what clients want is vertical type. So we specially developed a vertical type shower faucet and delivered the sample to them. After receiving the sample, our customer was very satisfied with our products and ordered 500 sets of faucet a few days' later.

Freestanding Bath Shower Mixers for a Swiss Client

In the Kitchen & Bath China (KBC) 2016, a customer from Switzerland showered his willingness to customize HARA freestanding bath shower mixer. He said that there are many choices of bath tub shower mixer among so many booths. But the price and style differs. Some have a good design but cost too much; some are sold at a reasonable price but are in poor in design. Among so many faucets, he chose Kang Wa because our products show high price/performance ratio. To meet the habits and customs of Swiss people, we will lengthen the height of faucet and do some modification in some details.

The client drew an approximate shape of the freestanding bath shower mixer he wants. According to his requirements on faucet's appearance, we need to design the drawings and make molds. After we sent him the sample 30 days later, he was very satisfied and placed an order of 450 sets of faucets.

With over half a month's negotiation and communication with clients, and several tests and adjustment upon the faucets by our engineers and technicians, the thermostatic faucet we have developed won clients' satisfaction in the end. They said, HARA thermostatic faucet is very user-friendly: the edge is designed to be smooth to avoid accidental bumps; the faucet surface is anti-scald; the super large platform is set to improve space utilization. They chose HP6569C thermostatic faucet at last.

Customer Visit

On 6th April, a regular client of Kong Wa in Canada came to visit us. They ordered faucets from us every year. This visit was made with the intention of knowing more high-performance new faucets of Kong Wa. Clients showed great interest with our wall mounted basin faucet.

Our business manager took them to visit our customer experience area and introduced our products one by one. As they experienced our faucets, they communicated about the different in living habits and consumption concept between the 2 nations with us. Their boss was interested with our wall-mounted basin faucet, thinking it as reasonably structured and easily assembled. Before leaving, they took a set of faucet for promotion and propaganda. We also offered installation solution for them, and our considerate service has satisfied them greatly.

Though they didn't place an order in this visit, but we were still glad that they gave us their trust.

Faucets for Better Bathroom (BB)

Better Bathrooms (hereafter referred to as BB) is a rising star in Britain's bathroom accessory industry. They mainly sell bath fittings both online and offline. The boss of BB is very cautious. In 2014, he came to know Chinese market; and under the recommendation of the boss of a ceramic enterprise, one of our regular clients, he knew Kong Wa.

The boss of BB came to Kong Wa to see our manufacturing capacity, and saw our advanced electroplating, gravity casting, and CNC machining lines. Besides, he went to the customer experience area to experience our faucets. Then he ordered a 700 thousand dollars of order covering exposed shower faucet, basin faucet, and kitchen faucet, etc. BB is our regular customer now.

Faucets for Zhongshan Hot Spring Resort

In the end of 2012, Zhongshan Hot Spring Resort needed a comprehensive modification. Considering the special properties of hot spring water, which requires the faucet to be of high corrosion resistance, they came to Kong Wa directly.

The Tourism Bureau visited Kong Wa to inspect our faucets in terms of service life, water/gas pressure resistance, and corrosion resistance. Kong Wa owns independent and complete surface treatment technique. The electroplating time is controlled strictly. With advanced multi-layer electroplating technique, the plating can bear 72h acid spray test. This amazing corrosion resistance capacity has won the Bureau's high praise. They decided to apply HARA faucet in the renovation project of Zhongshan hot spring. Kong Wa especially developed FL6330A basin faucet and FL6082 deck mounted bathtub faucet for Zhongshan hot spring.

With the increase of working pressure, people pay greater attention to health than before. And hot spring must your best choice. Faucets for an Internationally Renowned Hotel

As a professional faucet supplier, Kong Wa has attracted many clients over the globe. A hotel in Hong Kong belonging to a well-known hotel brand whose branches are spread widely in North America, Caribbean, Latin America, Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa, came to Kong Wa for a batch of faucets. This hotel is located near the national airport and Asia World Convention Center, enjoying signification logistic advantages.

Under the principle of being responsible to customers, the hotel's manager is very critical on hotel facilities. After a long period of selection and comparison, they finally chose Kong Wa. Since the special requirements of this hotel on bathroom fittings, 2 of our general managers decided to go to Hong Kong for negotiation with this client.

The hotel wanted us to modify traditional hand shower to shower head. This seemed to be only a simple change, but it involves the modification of internal flow channels of faucet. So we have to design additionally.

In a short time, under the leadership of 2 managers, our R&D team developed the exact kind of faucet in full compliance with the hotel's requirements. After several tests, this batch of faucet was put into use. Since this product is different in design and installation comparing with traditional bathroom products, to ensure that it is installed appropriately, the 2 managers went to the construction site for technical instruction for 2 times. From the application in 2008, our faucets have never experienced a single accident which was found to be a product quality issue. That has made the hotel our long-term partner.

Shower Faucets for Jingji Binhe Times Square

The Jingji Binhe Times Square is located in the southwest of Futian District, taking up an area of 55300㎡. The total building area of the square is 536619㎡. This square is a large project incorporating hotels, commercial regions, high-rise office buildings, business apartment, and housings. In this project, all of the shower faucets and single-lever basin faucets are provided by Kong Wa.

In 2014, Jingji Binhe Times Square held a public faucet tendering activity. After numerous tests, Kong Wa won the bid.

This real estate project mainly applied FL6400A, FL6050, FB6323, and FL6059 series single-lever basin faucet and shower faucet. 800 sets are purchased for each model. After the rooms are finished, the real estate developers were very satisfied with our products.

Faucets for Zhengbang Lingxiu Cheng

The Zhengbang Lingxiu Cheng is located in the Xiangzhou District of Zhuhai city, only 800m away from Gongbei Port. In 2010, this real estate developer started several bidding activities, and in the end Kong Wa won that project.

After the bidding, we offered instruction upon installation at the construction site, and told the salesman the knowledge about faucet maintenance to ensure that the house owners are sure about that.

The considerate sales service, high price/performance ratio, and excellent producing capacity, is what made Kong Wa successful in the bidding. Our faucet has never experienced a quality defect since their application in 2010.

Faucets for Kangqiao Spa Resort

The Kangqiao Spa Resort in Taishan is situated in a resort in Baisha Town, Taishan City. It was invested by a boss in Zhongshan. With unique and beautiful natural scenery, this report has attracted numbers of Chinese tourists. The special properties of hot spring water have put forward high requirements on corrosion resistance of the faucets applied in spa resort

When the boss was seeking for a good faucet supplier, our agent in Zhongshan, Huaxin knows deeply that HARA faucet can pass 72h acid salt spray test (CASS), and that the Nickel layer of our faucet reaches 15µm and the chromium layer reaches 0.3µm. So the agent recommended FL3270 basin faucet and FB3276 hand shower to the boss.

This client visited Kong Wa for good hotel bathroom accessories and was satisfied with our products. They decided to apply our basin faucets and shower faucets in their spa resort.

The FL3270 basin faucet and FB 33276 shower faucet has been used since 2011. They are still as good as new now.

Faucets for Hangzhou Milan Fashion Hotel

The Hangzhou Milan Fashion Hotel has 97 rooms in total, with each standard room taking up 22m2. It is located by the side of the Hangzhou Grand Canal, sitting in the Wulin commercial circle and shopping center. This hotel adopts FL6080/FL6060 shower faucet and HR3312 basin faucet independently developed by Kong Wa.

In 2006, Hangzhou Milan Fashion Hotel chose HARA bathroom fittings of Kong Wa. That was by chance but by necessity.

Early in 2005, the president of Hangzhou Milan Fashion Hotel, Mr. Xu, has invested in a Holiday Inn Milan in Hangzhou. When choosing faucets, Mr. Xu found that Kong Wa faucets are of aesthetic appearance and modern design. Then he ordered some samples, which have largely satisfied him. Since what Mr. Xu wants to make is a kind of business hotel, the simple European style of our faucet is a perfect match for the overall design of the hotel.

So, the Hangzhou Milan Fashion Hotel Mr. Xu established later adopted HARA faucet naturally. It employs HRP5110/HRP5202 shower head, and HRP3323 basin faucet, etc.

Faucets for Ruili Jianghehui Hotel

Hangzhou Ruili Jianghehui Hotel – the designated hotel in B20 China 2016, was opened in May 2016. It employs 1000 sets of FL6080B and HR26 series concealed basin faucets, shower heads, and sockets from Kong Wa.

Hangzhou Ruili Jianghehui Hotel is managed by Ruili Group in accordance with the five-star standard. It possesses 716 rooms and several first-class restaurants, meeting rooms, and entertainment rooms. It is located in Hangzhou CBD, near Qiantang River and Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal.

The faucet project of Ruili's hotel was constructed in 2015. That was actually the 3rd cooperation between Kong Wa and Ruili Group. Ruili's president, Mr. Chi trusts our products' quality and is interested in HARA wall-mounted basin mixer tap. Ruili Group has cooperated with Kang Wa for over 20 years.

Faucets for Milan Continental Hotel

Hangzhou Milan Continental Hotel is a commercial hotel located in Hangzhou Xihu District, about 10 minutes' drive from Xixi National Wetland Park, Meijiawu, Lingyin Temple, and Longjing Village. It purchased HP3505 shower head and HP3501 basin head from Kong Wa.

In 2011, in the project of Hangzhou Milan Continental Hotel, Mr. Xu chose us for the third time. The reliable quality, comprehensive service, and modern design of our faucets is what has won clients' trust. In 2005, Mr. Xu knew Kong Wa faucets for the first time, and that has laid solid foundation for our further cooperation.

Faucets for Ruili Grand Hotel

This is the first hotel of Ruili Group. It spans an area of 19600m2, with various standard rooms, exquisite executive suites, flexibly-arranged meetings, and elegant restaurants included. All of the faucets in this hotel are from Kong Wa: about 400 sets of FW3003A and FL3214 series concealed shower faucets and basin faucets.

The faucet program of Ruili Grand Hotel was launched in 2004. At that time, the faucet industry in Guangdong was just started, and Kong Wa has been created for only 11 years. But the Ruili Grand Hotel chose us. Now it has been over 10 years, Kong Wa faucet has never experienced a single product quality issue.
