CHUY360 Dynamic Compaction Equipment

The dynamic compaction equipment is an upgraded machine based on our crawler crane. Through exchanging the working unit, it can be used as either dynamic compactor or a hydraulic crane.

Featured Technical Parameters of the Dynamic Compaction Equipment
1. Low transportation cost. The hydraulic crane is designed with telescopic crawler to economize transportation cost. The max. transportation width is only 3.2 meter and the main machine weight is 30 ton.

2. The telescopic crawler crane has superior walking ability, because of its adoption of A2FE160 motor with strong power.

3. Strong lifting capacity. The maximum hoisting capacity of winch is 13 ton, calculated on the first cable layer on the cable drum.

4. High efficiency. The maximum lifting speed can reach 117 m/min.

5. Low ground pressure and higher reliability. This is because the dynamic compaction equipment has longer track design and wider crawler plates.

6. Strong tamping capacity. The mobile crane is able to offer tamping capacity up to 3600kNm with an 18 ton hammer under no-gantry condition. When there is a gantry, it offers tamping capacity up to 7200kNm with a 36 ton hammer.
