CHUY800 Dynamic Compaction Equipment

CHUY800 dynamic compaction equipment is a product developed by CSR Beijing Time with rated tamping capacity of 7000kN.m when the machine is used under gantry. As a key component of dynamic compaction tamper, the elevator adopts mechanical open gear transmission to make the dynamic compactor more applicable to construction requirements. Compared with traditional mechanical hydraulic integrated products, its reduction gearbox adopts forward gear and reverse gear combined with dynamic lowering function to realize small tonnage lifting. Thus, the dynamic compaction machine provides wide applications and strong adaptability. The whole equipment and dynamic lowering function are patented.

Main Features
1. Strong tamping capacity
Without gantry, the tamping capacity of the dynamic compaction equipment can reach 7000kN.M and the permitted hammer weight is 35t. With gantry, the tamping capacity can reach 15000kN.m and the permitted hammer weight is 62.5t.

2. Safe and reliable
Safety margin of structure and part design is sufficient. Hydraulic parts of well-known brand greatly increase the number of operation cycles. Large chassis design effectively increases stability of tamping operation. Both working and installation modes are convenient and reliable.

According to the requirement of dynamic compaction equipment use, operation control and electro-hydraulic speed control make the operation smoother.

4. Easy maintenance
Access time to positions for adjustment is no more than 10min per person. Access time to positions for maintenance is at most 30 min per person. The longest access time to repair parts is no more than 2h per person. GPS remote monitoring system is convenient for users to carry out maintenance and repair.

5. Perfect transportation
With the function of track detachable, the maximum transport width is 3.44m and the maximum unit weight is 35T, so the construction equipment is very convenient to transport.
