Description

The Wanhua multifunctional electric hoist is produced with 220V and 380V power supply options. It is powered cooperatively by a conical-rotor brake motor and ordinary motor. A variable speed device is installed to realize a smooth material lifting.

This kind of hoist combines the features of electric hoist and hoister together. It can be used both in ground construction and aerial work. Typical applications are small and medium-sized residential construction, high-rise building decoration, plate lifting, lifting soil in drilling wells, and material hoisting in warehouse. It features large lifting volume, large lifting height, and stable operation.

Product advantage
This product can lift goods to an ultrahigh position. The standard diameter of the rope is 6.2 mm, 30 meters long. It can be lengthened if the user has special needs.
The product can pull goods horizontally and lift them vertically. If inclined angle lifting is required, the product does not need additional ropes.
The electric hoist has a fast lifting speed at 14 meters per minute for high-speed with single rope and 7 meters per minute for low-speed with double ropes.

Matters needing attention
User should lift the goods at the lowest effective speed and the goods must leave the ground in a tightened state.
The product is not equipped with any rated weight limiter. Therefore, if you can't lift the goods, please don't try to cool the motor and make it run again. The electric hoist will be damaged if the load exceeds its maximum lifting weight.
The electric hoist cannot transport high-temperature melt, nor can it be used in low temperature or corrosive environments.
The electric hoist is suitable for temperature ranging from 0℃ to 40℃ with air humidity below 85% and altitude below 1000m.
The transportation and storage temperature of this hoisting tool ranges from -25℃ to 55℃. The maximum temperature shall not exceed 70℃.
When the electric hoist has run for 8000 times, all the devices should be inspected and repaired.
