KTA204 Diamond Blade (Sintered, Turbo Rim Diamond Blade)

The KTA204 granite dry cutting turbo rim diamond blade is mainly used for cutting granite, marble, sandstone, slate, limestone, basalt among other stones.

1. The granite cutting blade is strictly manufactured and tested as EU certification EN13236 standards, of which the quality is ensured.
2. The segment made by high quality diamond and cobalt based pre-alloyed powder is sharp, cuts smoothly and has long service life.
3. The cutting blade adopting hot-press sintering process makes the diamond formulation and steel core connected closely, with compact and sharp segment, fast cutting speed.
4. The use of high precision steel substrate makes no dithering under high cutting speed, stable and smooth cutting, less chipped edges.
5. It can be used for dry cutting but has higher cutting speed and longer service life at the condition of wet cutting.
