Description202 stainless steel sheets have found wide use in buildings, civil engineering, highway guardrails, hotel facilities, and more. This type of stainless steel exhibits excellent oxidation stability, is mechanically strong and anti-corrosive, and holds up well under heavy loads, so long as the working temperature is below 800°C.

202 Stainless steel sheets can be worked and machined into various shapes at temperatures between 850°C and 1200°C. It can also go through solid solution strengthening process at 1050°C to 1100°C, and needs to be cooled off rapidly after that heat treatment.
