Details: Main Features: The streamline design is originated from EU. The beam and frame go through overall welding and annealing treatment for stress elimination, good rigidity, high accuracy, and long term use without deformation. It uses ball screw & roller heavy-duty guide rail, D1N6-grade precision helical gear, and planetary reducer. The CNC controller supports fully automatic operation. The 4-knives can run simultaneously for high grooving efficiency. It adopts Taiwan HUST controller and Japan Panasonic closed-loop servo system. It is equipped with automatic lubrication system for low wear, fine processing, machining accuracy and fast response.
