Vari-Score/Vari-Punch Unit

The vari-score unit and vari-punch unit help users to achieve lineal scoring and punching in a quick and efficient manner. The two units can be used separately and jointly.

Vari-Score Unit
The vari-score unit has a mandrel on which several adjustable annular blades are mounted. Such a flexible design makes sure the die cutting width can be adjusted freely. Therefore, if you handle materials of different width, the vari-score is your first choice, with a minimum cutting width of 5 mm.

Vari-Punch Unit
Different from the previous scoring device, the vari-punch unit changes the die cutting width by adding different-thickness gaskets between two circular blades. The vari-punch unit is appropriate for use in cutting materials that have little change in width. The minimum feed slot is 1 mm.
