1. Ricoh Gen5 Industrial Print Head
Imported from Japan, the Ricoh Gen5 print head is known for its high precision and minimum ink dot size of 7PL. It also features the ability to work continuously for 24 hours, at a printing speed of 48 square meters per hour in production mode. If working at 10 hours per day, the UV printing machine has an average lifespan of 3 to 4 years. Users can also choose Ricoh GH2220 or Epson print head.
2. Intelligent Color Adjustment
Making use of an advanced color adjustment technology, this printer is able to achieve dot to dot printing, and produce 4,096 grey level images. With its ability to work with 68.6 billion colors, it restores natural colors to the best extent possible, and ensures as close a consistency as possible between the printed and original images.
3. White Ink Printing and 5D Printing Effect
