1. Our engineers will choose the suitable model or make the drawings according to the fan's required air volume, pressure, rotating speed, and temperature. Then the fan will be put into production once we received clients' confirmation.
2. We will have 1-2 workers to assist clients to install the ventilation equipment if necessary. Our workers will stay there and give our users the knowledge and skill they need to operate and protect the fan until they can operate the device independently.
3. We provide 1 year guarantee. After clients have received the product, we will visit or call them regularly to know how well does our ventilation fan perform, and offer them maintenance service.
4. For any quality problems, please call us. We will come up with a solution and call you back within 24 hours.
