Seated Pulley Row Exercise
1. Seated with back straight, knees slightly bent and arms fully extended.
2. Grasp the close grip handle with palms facing each other. Extend your body forward, bending at the hips. Keep your back flat.
3. Bring your arms in towards you keeping your elbows close to your sides. At the same time extend your body from the hip to a 90 degree angle.
4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together, and pull the cable toward you while breathing in.
5. Hold and contract for 1-2 seconds. Then breath out as you slowly release the weight back to starting position.
