Welded Wire Reinforcement (WWR) Mesh

1. Brief Introduction
Welded wire reinforcement mesh is designed for concrete construction applications. The ribbed steel bars form a grid structure that reinforces the concrete as it sets to enhance the strength of the concrete structure. Without WWR mesh, we would not be able to build many of the bridges, highways and buildings that we use every day.

2. Reinforcing welded wire mesh used in highway construction
Cold-rolled ribbed steel bars
Bar diameter no less than 8mm
Longitudinal reinforcement spacing should not be greater than 200mm
Transverse reinforcement spacing should not exceed 300mm
The vertical and horizontal steel welded mesh should adopt the same diameter

3. Reinforcing welded wire mesh in bridge engineering
Cold-rolled ribbed steel bars, steel banding should not be used
Steel mesh hole spacing can be 100 to 200mm
Its diameter should be 6-l0mm
Steel mesh vertical and horizontal spacing should be equal for maximum structural integrity

4. Reinforcing welded wire mesh in the tunnel lining
Ribbed steel bars
Reinforcement spacing of 150 ~ 300mm
150mm × 150mm, 200mm × 200mm, 200mm × 250mm, 250mm × 300mm, 300mm × 300mm

5.Applications
Widely used in large scale concrete construction applications.
