This patented hydraulic high speed blanking press is a product of cooperative project conducted by our company and Taiyuan University of Science and Technology. During the period of 3 years practical application, we’ve taken plenty of advices and suggestions and conducted series of improvement and upgrading for our blanking press. 4. A flexible design of the working platform greatly simplifies the connecting and changing with external equipment or device.
5. The protective grating on operation window effectively upgrades the degree of security and safety of operation.
6. Our unique control system has no problem in setting and showing the system pressure, dwell time, I/O interface, fault diagnosis and more.

Practical Application Our high speed press is most often used for processing hardware components and parts, like blanking, drawing and pressing.
Our hydraulic blanking press is also applicable for processing apparatus in motorcycles, cars, agricultural machinery, hydraulic equipment and electronic products.

1. The working temperature is 10℃-40℃.
2. The relative humidity of the working environment is no more than ≤60%.
3. The power supply can be customized according to the voltage of different countries.
4. The press uses 46# hydraulic oil as energy source.
