Crafted with advanced  technology, the metal grinding wheel consists of various abrasives and resinbonding.  Either silicon carbideor a mixture containing both silicon carbide and brown fused alumina is used asthe abrasive.  This product features highelasticity and excellent polishing performance.  It can rapidly polish and grind rough surfacesinto a bright finish.  No charring occursdue to good heat dissipation.  Themetal grinding wheel has high hardness, long service life, and fast cuttingspeed.The metal grinding serieshas higher hardness, longer service life, and faster cutting speed.  It is utilized to grind common metal,construction metal, casting iron, electric welding material, and others similarmaterials.  When applied to dedicatedhigh-speed machines with pneumatic tools, the grinding wheel exhibits higherworking efficiency.

Our metal grinding wheels implement the A24SBF format and are available inseven different presets. Maximum and minimum presets are 230×6×22mm and 100×6×16mm respectively.  Smaller sizes are able to operate at higher RPM.
