3PC union butt weld ball valve is anideal and reliable control device in liquid pipelinesystem. The stem is made of 316/304 stainless steel and can have enoughstrength and anti-corrosion ability even at temperature between -268℃to 649℃.Besides, the stem need endure tension, stressand reverse force, and will be exposed to different water, oil and air. So thematerial of stem is crucial. The design of 3PC union butt weld ball valve makesmaintenance convenient. It needto be noted that the amount of oil, pressure and other should be noticed duringthe ball valve maintenance. If there is little oil, too much wear will occur;and much oil will be wasted if there is too much oil. Besides, too highpressure will result to inlet jamming and too low pressure will result to thefailure of sealing. The valve is open when the maintenance is ongoing, andunder special circumstances the valve is closed during maintenance.
