Investment casting is mainly used to produce highprecision casting parts made of stainless steel 304/316. And single productweighs between 0.01 to 50 kg.Our investment castingproduct linear dimension tolerance is within ±0.1mm, and thesurface roughness is Ra1.6-12.5 micrometer. The casting products we can produceweigh between 3g to 7okg.We can produce high precision casting product whose minimum holeisΦ2mm, minimum angle is R0.1mm and minimum thickness is 0.7mm. In order to meet therequirements of customers all over the world, our company produces castingproducts compliant to ASTM, AISI, JIS, DIN and BS.  And there are many materials available suchas stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, ductile steel, gray pig steel,aluminum and copper. Advanced equipments, such as spectrum analyzer, X raytesting machine, mechanical property test equipment, rigiscan,metallographic testing equipment, CMM, are also installed to make sure that ourcasting product is qualified.

Compared with sand casting, investment sand casting has advantages of higherprecision, better surface finish, better mechanicalproperties and so on. Mould is made of special material which is suitable formaking mould and is coated with fire proof materials. When the mould is done,metal liquid is poured into the mould and cooled. Then high precisioninvestment casting product is done. And heat treatment and surface treatmentalso can be used according to the requirements of customers. Investment castingproduct has higher precision, smaller surface roughness and is almost thefinished product shape.
