FAQ
1. Laser Power Selection
The laser power selection depends on the thickness of the processed material. The thicker the material is, the bigger the laser power shall be. Here is some data for your reference:

60W: max. 10mm acrylic board
80W: max. 15mm acrylic board
100W: max. 18mm acrylic board
120W: max. 20mm acrylic board
150W: max. 25mm acrylic board

2. Software
The LASERCUT software is the standard configuration for this laser engraving and cutting machine. It supports direct output of CORELDRAW and AUTOCAD.

3. Product Transportation
The product can be delivered to the customer through air transportation or sea transportation. The latter transportation mode is highly recommended.

4. Operation Independent from Computer
The USB interface is installed on the product. So users can plug in the USB flash disc for operation independent from Computer.

5. Training and Warranty Period
A. The machine adjustment will be conducted before delivery. The operation video and the instruction book will be packed along with the machine.
B. Free training in our factory.
C. In case needed, we can designate technician for on-site training. Customer is responsible for cost for air ticket, accommodation, etc.
D. 24-months warranty period for the complete machine (excluding consumables)
