As an automatic block making machine, the GL-R300 curbstone machine designed with double cylinders is widely used to produce various sizes of curbstones from accurately mixed cement, sand, stone and water. Also, it can make color pavers by changing molds. This construction machine is suitable for multiple construction projects including residential community, square, water conservancy and road constructions.

Multi language options, which can be set through its user-friendly man machine interface, enable the machine to be used in a number of countries. In addition, easy communication with the machine allows for program management.

Equipment Construction
RawMaterials: Q235, Q345, and 45# steels, nodular cast iron, etc.
Treatments: Hardening, tempering and carburizing treatments are conducted on part of the materials to improve machine lifespan.

1. By changing moulds, this machine can produce diversified sizes of curb stones;
2. It can use some waste materials as raw materials to produce curb stones, thus greatly reducing the production cost and achieving environmental protection and energy saving purposes;
3. Forming curb stones by means of automatic material charging can increase product strength and density.
4. The block machine can make cement products with a length of 1m. Double cylinder design assures finished products of completely consistent thickness.
