Premix Pellet Plant

Premixes are composed of vitamins, minerals, chemical preservatives, and antibiotics, among other micro-ingredients that are necessary for the growth of animals and their health and well-being. Premixes are typically made into pellets for sale.

FCM can produce premix pelleting lines running at speeds between 0.5T/H and 10T/H. High-precision batch mixing system ensures a precise amount of each ingredient is added to form the right recipe. High-performing twin-screw mixer does its mixing job fast, delivering a uniform mix all while leaving minimal residuals. Dust collection systems are fitted at all material inlet and discharge ends to reduce dust pollution.
