Test Instrument

Allianz invests in a range of test instruments, including the direct reading spectrometer, inter-granular corrosion testing device, hydraulic universal test machine (tensile strength at high temperature), eddy current testing device (pipe flaw detection), ultrasonic flaw detection, hydrostatic tester, x-ray flaw detector, Rockwell/Vickers hardness meter, pendulum impact tester (at low temperature), vertical metallographic microscope, stereo microscope, surface roughness tester, analytical balance, resistance furnace, temperature controller, high temperature heating furnace, and extensometer.

Inspection

We check each and every stainless steel product for surface defect and pipe blockage. As pictured below, it is easy to inspect whether the steel pipe is blocked by shooting gas into the pipe and wait for the crisp sound made inside the plastic bottle.
