Leadership Team

Allianz has a team of experienced technicians and managers on staff, which is compromised of doctors, masters, MBA certificate winners, research engineers, nondestructive test engineers, and test lab personnel. They have worked in their respective fields for many years and have what it takes to develop new products and innovative technologies.

On-the-job training and technical training are available. We encourage employees to take part in various technical seminars and groom talents for Allianz's next crop of mangers and engineers. We also send batches of our tech elites abroad for further study.

The company takes on a series of projects from customers in nuclear power, chemical engineering, petrochemical and natural gas industries. These are our high-end clients with strict requirements that Allianz has never failed to meet.
