Workshop Floor Slab Cutting

Dongguan LeiFeng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Qiaotou town of Dongguan city in Guangdong province. Since the company wanted to enlarge its workshop, it made a decision with the design company to add a storey floor and remove all the beams and slabs of the old workshop, only remaining pillars and foundation.

The construction period was so short that we applied a number of wall saws, wire saws and 4 sets of 80 tonnage jib cranes. We could make overall arrangements about this floor cutters and conducted intersection and simultaneous construction. This greatly quickened the construction progress and won high praise by the LeiFeng Electronic.

Construction Process:
1. Paying off the hoisting cable by sections according to crane lifting capacities;
2. Drilling holes for hoisting;
3. Pre-cutting (slab first and beam second);
4. Hoisting and handling;
5. Cleaning
