Hydraulic Cylinder Tubes
We offer three types of hydraulic cylinder tubes: the cold drawn cylinder tube, the high precision honed cylinder tube and the roller burnished cylinder tube. Each are made of quality materials using advanced manufacturing techniques and have high mechanical strength, precise specifications, fine surface finish, reliable performance and great durability. Customized cylinder tubes are also available.

Cold Drawn Cylinder Tube
This cold drawn cylinder tube, made of hot-rolled seamless steel, is a semi-finished product for companies who have welding and honing equipment to finish the process. We can customize the metalworking process the tube undergoes to meet our customers’ needs.

High Precision Honed Cylinder Tube
This honed cylinder tube is made based on the cold drawn cylinder tube. Thanks to its excellent technical properties, high-precision specifications, reliable performances and great durability, this cylinder part has a wide range of applications. Custom honed cylinder tubes are also available.

Roller Burnished Cylinder Tube
This roller burnished cylinder tube is a quality cylinder tube made based on the cold drawn tube. With high-precision specifications and a fine internal surface finish, this tube is ideal for hydraulic cylinder manufacturers to purchase.
