For each paddle, we analyze and examine the strength, fatigue strength and load condition at the peak pressure by the method of finite element.

Manufacture and processing of the fixed pitch propeller are finished in the workshop. From design to the polishing, each step is strictly controlled by profession personnel.

To meet your need of saving energy, we would like to recommend the energy saving propeller boss cap fins (EPF). When EPF is installed on a propeller, it could help to save the fuel up to 5%. In addition, it could remit the noise and vibration. The cost for it could be returned within around one year.
