Currently, China has initially set 50% energy-saving objective for building energy efficiency standard, and 65% for some special regions. In order to make remarkable achievement in building energy efficiency, one of the key links is to popularize and adopt the new ceramic products produced by energy-saving technology.

Based on our investigation and study, we built the first roller hearth kiln that can be fired with natural gas instead of coal powder in China in 2004. It is an improved roller hearth kiln for bathroom ceramic production line. The kiln has the length of 90m and width of 2.1m. We also adjusted our raw material selection and product formula to enable the roller hearth kiln to fire quickly in low temperature.

Meanwhile, the Chinese West-East Gas Pipeline Project significantly facilitated the coal-to-gas project in Henan Province. And it also solved our fuel problem in ceramic production. The adoption of natural gas fuel not only eliminated the smoke and dust pollution, but also enormously saved energy and reduced our production cost.

In the year of 2012, we approximately invested 4 million dollars in the thorough rebuilt of our roller hearth kiln. We completely got rid of the low productivity, low qualification rate and high energy consumption of sanitary ware production. According to our actual situation, we built a fully automatic energy-saving natural gas furnace to save natural gas. The natural gas furnace has the length of 160m and carrying capacity of 100 trucks.

We also widened and heightened the molding workshop and furnace workshop. High-power units were technically transformed including 4 of our ball grinding machines, of which each has the capacity of 33 tons. They were configured with variable-frequency speed controller to save electric energy. Having reached the design objectives and the planned requirements, the furnaces have been comprehensively put into the production of bathroom products at present.

As the low-carbon time is approaching, energy-saving and environmentally friendly products are bound to lead the future growing trend. Produced by energy-saving technology and high efficient production lines, our new plumbing fixtures with low energy consumption exactly cater to the trend development. And predictably, our energy-saving and eco-friendly ceramic products have infinite potential in the future.
