Manufacture Equipment

R&Z is fitted with fully automatic high power manufacture facilities for LED and SMD. Advanced manufacture equipment comprises high performance automatic die bonder, spectrophotometer, seniautomatic die-spread, auto wire bonder, automatic point machine, automatic spectrometer, single measuring machine and beading machine, etc.

In addition to equipment for production, we also are armed with inspection equipment including programmable constant temperature and humidity machine, rain testing machine, thermal shock test machine, accelerated climate resistance tester, vibration testing machine and comprehensive lighting fixture testing system.

SMT Machine
It is used to produce SMD lamp beads
to promote production capacity.

Automatic Soldering Machine
It is applied to automatically solder products
for enhancing efficiency.

Packaging Machine
This machine is seen in warehouse for
automatic packaging.

Marking Machine
We have our own marking machine, thus catering
to customized package and label requirements.
