We have found the following major reasons by making a detailed failure analysis for unexpected bearing damage.

Improper Assembling: Assembly tools are used improperly and overexerted in the assembly process.

Faulty Lubrication: Both lubrication period and lubricant are not correctly selected. In addition, quality is not superior.

Fatigue Damage: Fatigue is inevitable, but overload, impact and inappropriate maintenance may result in unexpected fatigue damage of bearings.

Pollution: Bearings belong to precision parts. If mixed with impurities or polluted lubricating grease, they will not work normally.
