Light Tube:It adopts the high-strength lead glass tube and the high-luminance trichromatic (rare earth) phosphor, fabricated via the advanced tube baking and coating techniques. 2.Vacuum TechnologyWe adopt the independently developed digital vacuum air charging technology and the detection software working with the imported vacuum pump unit and the digital instrument system, and thereby the air charging pressure, bombardment current and the bombardment temperature can be freely set. As a consequence, the light tube boasts of high quality and consistency.3.ElectrodeWe make use of the high-power magnetic-loop electrode and the electrode cup made from imported pure iron through repeated punching and nickel plating. The 3G lighting product helps to improve the working efficiency by 20% when compared with traditional lamps, suitable for factories and offices. It will gradually replace traditional lamps by virtue of long lifespan, environmental protection, small lumen depreciation and no flash.

2. Calcium Conversion Promotion
The study has proved that quiet and comfortable environment should be provided for laying hens during the peak season of egg laying. Our 3G energy-saving lamp produces soft and stable light rays which can largely promote calcium conversion, reduce stress reaction and improve the egg laying rate. Specifically, it adopts the pure rare earth trichromatic phosphor and the phosphor promoting calcium conversion as the luminescent materials, and produces half luminance of normal state when powered on. It will reach the maximal luminance 3 minutes later in gradual model to reduce the stress reaction of hens. All in all, this 3G energy-saving lamp respectively improves the egg laying rate by 20% and 40% when compared with traditional lamps and LED lamps.
