R&D process of customized products
1. We receive initial ideas, requirements or samples from customers.
2. We make integrated analysis of practical feasibility in the aspects of material and technology.
3. Costing accounting, which includes the cost and cycle of research and development, is conducted.
4. Our engineering department sets about software programming, as well as the design of appearance and structure.
5. On the basis of finished design, the product sample is produced. After several tests and modifications, the final product is confirmed, and the specification is recorded. Thus, the new product is ready for market launching.

Testing
It is worth mentioning that the testing process is one of the most important parts to us. Before market launching, our light fixtures are inspected by 14 testing equipment in the aspects of component, assembly and finished product, so as to ensure the quality.

1. Component testing.

These are testing machines for component. They are used to test the performance of resistance elements and capacitor, and to sort the magnetic component.

2. Assembly testing.

These are leakage current tester and dielectric strength tester. They are mainly applied in the assembly process to prevent products from current leakage and unstable dielectric strength, so that the safe user experience is enhanced.

3. Finished product testing.

The machines above are used to test the illumination in the aspects of color temperature, luminous efficacy and luminous flux. The aging test is also applied to enhance the LED performance and durability.

IP testing room
This facility is used to test the waterproof capacity and dust proof capacity of the light fitting, because as for the application in the bathroom, the IP rating of at least IP44 is required.
