Four Head Seamless Welding Machine

1. Performance Characteristics
1) The four head seamless welding machine has two welding ways. One is for common profiles and the blade gap is 2mm. The other is for two-tone co-extrusion profiles, and the blade gap is 0.2mm. The two ways allow interconversion, and are able to weld some combination of shapes, such as ┏, ┏┓, ┏┳┓, ┳┳┳┳, ╋╋╋╋, ┏┓┏┓and so forth.
2) Equipped with a related "automatic switching device", the product can automatically transform between seamed welding and seamless welding of PVC doors and windows.
3) All the jaws are with blades. The machine can adjust the welded joint between 0.2mm and 2mm automatically, so as to machine chromatic profiles or ordinary white profiles.
4) The four heads may operate independently or jointly in a flexible combination.
